Hans J. H. Geesink
Independent Researcher
Hans Geesink is studying a biophysical principle based on quantum coherence. Strikingly, an algorithm could be detected in various animate and non-animate systems. We discovered a very similar pattern for animate systems, energy/frequency distributions in entanglement (EPR) experiments, frequencies of the currently known elementary particles in the standard model as well as in frequency patterns of spectral energy gaps that promote superconducting properties. It is an interesting aspect providing a bridge between life systems and pure physical phenomena.

Geoffrey Haselhurst
Independent Researcher and Natural Philosopher
Geoffrey Haselhurst is an Australian natural philosopher and independent researcher whose work focuses on the Wave Structure of Matter (WSM) – a “one substance, one law” view of reality in which all particles and forces arise from harmonic standing waves in space. Since the late 1990s he has been developing and refining this framework, exploring how it can unify quantum theory, relativity, cosmology and metaphysics in a single, dynamically connected picture of the universe. Geoff divides his time between writing, long conversations with AIs, and life at sea aboard his 72-foot aluminium ketch, Ayacanora, which doubles as a floating research base and quiet place to think. His ongoing passion is to make deep physics and philosophy accessible, and to invite others into a more coherent, harmonic understanding of how the cosmos holds together.

Hemal Patel, PhD
Department of Anesthesiology, University of California, San Diego, La Jolla, CA, USA
Dr. Hemal Patel is a Tenured Professor and Vice-Chair for Development and Advancement in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of California, San Diego, and has a dual appointment as a VA Research Career Scientist and VA Research Pharmacologist at the VA San Diego Healthcare System. He is also the Chief Advisor for Versea Discovery. He obtained his Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the Medical College of Wisconsin and did postdoctoral work at UCSD in the Department of Pharmacology under Paul Insel (2002-2005). He has made seminal contributions in shaping new investigation areas on defining the impact of membrane structure on cell, organ, and organismal physiology and metabolism with implications for cardiac ischemia-reperfusion injury, heart failure, diabetic cardiomyopathy, aging, pulmonary hypertension, cancer, and neurodegeneration. His focus on energetics in cell biology touches upon all these and is a control point for managing and empowering human health resilience.

Caroline Porche
VA San Diego Healthcare System, San Diego, CA 92161, USA
Caroline Porche is a Staff Research Associate on the Data Science team in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of California, San Diego. She earned her master’s degree in Computational Social Science at UC San Diego, where her work focused on extracting and modeling vocal and facial biomarkers to understand how stress and trauma, particularly PTSD, manifest in human behavior and physiology. Her research now integrates multi-omic datasets, biometric sensor streams, behavioral video diaries, and computational modeling to uncover how psychological states interact with biological signatures to shape health and resilience. She develops pipelines that combine machine learning, statistical modeling, and large-scale data engineering to identify meaningful patterns across speech acoustics, facial dynamics, microbiome profiles, and clinical outcomes. Caroline has contributed to interdisciplinary projects involving mind–body interactions, chronic stress, and integrative health interventions. Her work supports the development of predictive models, digital biomarkers, and data-driven insights that inform precision-medicine strategies and translational applications in human well-being, recovery, and performance.
